The guy Pac told to fuck off in Hit 'Em Up.

Chino XL, in terms of overall hip-hop history.. is the dude who 2Pac didn't even find worthy enough to write one bar about. "Chino XL, Fuck you too" defines his entire life.. if they don't know who he is, that's obviously what he's known for.. if they do, maybe not how they see him.. but that was probably what put the dude on there radar in the first place. I never heard of Chino XL till Pac told him to fuck off.. then I listened to Here to Save You All and I was like this dudes amazing. But at the end of the day he's still the dude Pac shit on without even rhyming in the last minute of the most infamous diss track ever.
