#RARE Posts: 2,995 Group: Members Member #95 Joined: May 29, 2010	I got it! Granted it took me trading in just about my entire collection of games but by golly I got it! And I'm very happy thus far to. Loads of fun. Skydiving while in a shoot out. Parachuting into a penthouse to take over while Kanye West's Power plays. Driving down the street while your characters sing "love is what I got". And I'm only like roughly an hour or so into it. I also love how they added the visuals for turning when you are using the GPS. It's nice to be able to focus on driving and your surroundings without having to look at the GPS to make sure your on track.

And yes I marked like a little schoolgirl at a Justin Bieber concert when my character and Pierce started singing "What I Got".

#RARE Posts: 2,995 Group: Members Member #95 Joined: May 29, 2010	I highly recommend it. I love the RPG elements, where it allows you to upgrade certain traits or bonuses. TMan or Rick, you guys do any of the co-op missions? That's the only thing I haven't touched so far.

(Yes I basically played this all day today haha.) The final two missions were NUTS. Spoiler: click to toggle I won't say much even though I put this in a spoiler, but it's basically your guy (or girl) making the final decision, save the girl (Shaundi) or go after the bad guy (Killbane). All set to "I Need A Hero". Followed by the final mission, which I can only describe as "Gangstas in Space". Definitely befitting of a Saints Row ending. Secondly, there's one mission in particular I'd like to give a big fuck you too.. Spoiler: click to toggle The Zombie mission. Fuck that noise. That shit was by far the toughest mission in the entire game. Again, fuck that mission. Lastly, I was little disappointed that.. Spoiler: click to toggle Gat stays dead. I figured for sure he'd make some kind of return...but he didn't. I swear I even saw a picture with a busted up Gat as a homie. Maybe the choices I made affected this? I dunno but I'm definitely gonna run through this again with a different character and make different choices. PS: MurderBrawl XXXI = Fucking Epic. EDIT: Spoiler: click to toggle I take that back, Gangsta In Space is a part of one of the DLCs I bought. It just so happens it plays immediately after the final mission. I mean it's cool everything you'd expect but the saints row experience just seems played now. Most of the missions are just you doing the same activities you've done the last two games. It's like I'm playing it only to see where the story goes then I'm done.

I mean, the first few missions and the last few missions are incredible, and there's some good missions in between, but a lot of time is spent just doing missions that are basically activities. It feels like Volition is catering more to newer fans of the series rather than those who have played the last two games. I know how to do the Ho-ing activities, I don't want an entire mission taken up just so I know how to do them. Especially almost halfway into the game. Don't get me wrong the game is still great, but SR2 was better. After another playthrough making the different choices I don't see myself playing this too too often. Unlike SR2 which I played almost right up to SR3's release. Plus Skyrim has been calling and it's been getting harder and harder not to answer lol. Edited by RickJ, Nov 17 2011, 12:34 PM.

The cut scenes have been cracking me up constantly. The soundtrack has me digging into a whole bunch of old stuff I haven't heard in years. To each their own, but for me, this took everything I loved about 2 and amped it up.
