How long do you train/day?
I wonder what Zvornik has to say about this issue.

usually 1 to 1 1/2 hours

anything more than that is overkill to your CNS if you're strength training

Do they really work? Always looked like a scam to me

I've been sticking to barbells strictly

edit: I do a full body split 3 times a week

Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Powercleans, Standing Military Press, Pull ups/chin ups, and dips

word?

I'm guessing they're geared more towards the Endurance end of training?

I'm doing maximal strength training until july/august to bulk up and get stronger for now, then i'll switch routines to something more bodybuilding related

edit: p90 looks good for heavy people trying to lose weight, then again I have no intentions of ever doing it

looks like its meant for people to lose weight.. me on the other hand, i'm trying to gain it lol

well the key to any routine is sticking with it

but yeah i know diet is everything

Yesterday I've started to keep a daily log of my calorie intake

Had 2540 calories, gotta up that another 1000 and I've got a solid base to bulk with

I've dropped the cardio just so I can hold on to every single calorie

Losing weight is easy as fuck for me anyway so the fat gain isn't a big deal for me

every 2 hours I gotta have a meal, shit's annoying man

damn i miss my highschool days where working out was pretty much all i did. and it wasnt even working out, i was just on so many different teams that the conditioning we did in practice was all i needed, now i gotta go out of my fuckin way to go to a gym.

SN- how you finding pull ups? i just started doing em a few months back to get ready for rock climbing, and holy shit didnt know they were that hard. at first i could only do like... four, and even now i can only do like 3 sets of 10 or four sets of 6.

Some kind of cardio to slowly drop your heart rate back down might do the trick. I worked out with a kid and if he didn't do a 45 min cardio session after his workout, he'd wanna break walls and shit (like you). His heart rate basically went from high to low real fast, and then bounced back up high again in a few hours. 45 minutes is a long time for a cool down, but whatever works for you.

You said you do 10 minutes of jump rope; Maybe do 20 minutes or go more intense during your cool down session. Slowly lower your intensity from intense to relaxed until you are done.
But curiosity killed the cat and taught
the dog in him how to act
and it burned his bridge to Jill so he tries to drown the guilt with a bottle of Jack...
I can only build if I tear the walls down
even if it breaks me I wont let it make me frown
I'm falling but no matter how hard I hit the ground
I'll still smile
